Hotel Reservation Instructions For Directors
Directors will be responsible for reserving hotel rooms at Stony Creek Hotel for themselves & their board chair. Directors should follow these instructions in their entirety for each room they reserve:

• Go to the Stony Creek reservation site here.
• Click "Book Now" in upper right hand corner.
• Select Kansas City.
• Click "Check Availability".
• Click "Add Code".
• Under "Discount Code", click the drop down and choose "Group Attendee".
• Enter group code: FELLOW2022
• Click "Add"-you will be directed to the booking screen.
• When prompted, enter your credit card information to reserve the room. Your card will not be charged. All reservations will be routed to one bill. 
• Repeat these steps for each room reservation desired.
• The Support Center will issue org transfer requests to each FCA Director after the event to cover the cost of hotel rooms for the FCA Director and Board Chair.
